Background:
The Ardonagh Group is the UK’s largest independent insurance distribution platform and is ranked in the top 20 brokers globally. Work was carried out on behalf of The Ardonagh Group’s client Usay Compare.
During the project, Firco worked in close partnership with Quay Office Group on the design, construction and refit. Firco has successfully worked with Quay Office Group in the past on many construction projects for Ardonagh Group and Towergate Insurance across the UK.
The brief:
Firco was appointed to complete a total fit-out for a new office space in a prime location in Bournemouth, Dorset. The client wanted to create space for 60 desks, a boardroom, two meeting rooms as well as a kitchen with modern breakout spaces.
How the project was delivered:
Firco handled all areas of the construction and refit work to create an open-plan, modern workspace for up to 60 desks. Solid and glass partitions were installed to create two executive meeting rooms and a large boardroom. A new kitchen was also installed with breakout and social spaces for staff.
Our team undertook extensive repair work on existing underlying mechanical and electrical issues throughout the project. The site also lacked a supply of drinking water, so Firco completed extensive plumbing work to provide a reliable and convenient solution.
The client had very specific brand requirements and standards and our team ensured the project work was completed within comprehensive brand guidelines.
